Part 1 of 2. I drew a center line on the p3 portion of the upper hinge of the right wingtip, then transferred the marks for the holes so that they will line up with the holes in the wing skin. Next I center punched each of the marked holes and drilled them on the drill press to #40. Clecoed both p3 and p4 hinges to the inside of the tip. Now it’s ready to match drill thru the hinge into the fiberglass.
