I have twisted and turned about every direction and I think the baggage door is about as good as it is going to be—not perfect, but good enough. I stripped off the primer from the ribs and a also a strip along each side of the inside skin. Mixed up some proseal and spread it on the inside skin, then clecoed the assembly together. I put the door in place and ran some straps around the fuse to hold the door tightly against the fuse skin until the proseal cures. Didn't get a pic of the proseal--had goo everywhere and didn't want to pick up the camera.
