Checked the fit between the windscreen and canopy—still need some adjustment. I had to reduce the height of 2 spacers and raise the height of another. After that I was satisfied with the windscreen-to-canopy fit. Any small mis-alignments will not be noticed because of the fairing. Good enough—waiting on some Sikaflex, then I’ll glue the windscreen in place and move on. I also worked on the baggage door fitting a bit more. It is about as good as it is going to get. I did strap it down—just wanted to see how that affected the fit. I have some pro-seal on order. Plan is to apply pro-seal to the inside skin, cleco together and strap it down until the pro-seal cures. Then I can rivet the inside skin to the ribs.
