Brief Description: ANL wire to contactor, Transducer connections
I’ve been away from the shop for a few days—time to get back to work. While off, I received another care package with some wire, terminals, a red cube etc. etc. I used a short piece of #6 wire to jumper from the ANL fuse block to the hot side of the starter contactor. I crimped terminals on each end, then used a torch to run solder into the connection. I added an adel clamp to the middle of the firewall and secured each end of the cable. Next, I turned to the transducer manifold. I connected the wire for the hobbs meter to an oil pressure switch, then ran a ground wire to the manifold. I also connected the oil pressure and fuel pressure transducer ground wires to the manifold. Then, I ran a ground wire back to the EMS and also ran one to the forest of tabs on the firewall. I used some MEK to take the primer off of the manifold and also the doubler where the bolts connect them.
