After I got all the trays with radios lined up (AGAIN), I once again marked a line on the right mounting angle as a reference to use when the trays are inserted without the radios. I just could not find a way to clamp the trays to the mounting angles when the radios were installed. Removed the radios and positioned the GMA240 tray into the cut out. I used a blue marker to mark thru the holes in the mounting tray onto the mounting angles. I removed the tray and both angles, then center punched and drilled a couple of #28 holes. Replaced the angles, installed the tray and added a screw on each side. Installed the GMA240—fit looks good. Next session, I’ll drill and add the other two screws, then move up the stack to the ICOM.
