Used a debur bit to put a small c/s in the holes to secure nutplates in the VS. Great thing about the NAS rivets, is that they require only a small countersink. After countersinking the 24 holes, I pulled out the pneumatic squeezer and began setting rivets. Man o man, does it feel good to squeeze rivets again. Set all 24 rivets, then took a pic and put the VS in the spare bedroom. Next up is to remove the HS and repeat this same process.
