Cut out form and sand the the same leading edge shape as the leading edge plywood form. The leading edge filler block supports and stregthens the space between the the two leading edge plywood gussets. These two froms will be the guides to make 64 plywood gussets and 32 filler blocks. Still have to purchase a laminate bit for my router before i can start using the forms.
