Picked up more screws coming home from work and started in again installing the router. I opened up the two holes that did not line up before to accomedate the new screws and everything mounted up fine. With router installed i marked the location to drill the bit hole by running the router up through the bench with a cutter bit. I then drilled the proper size hole for the laminate bit. Reinstalled everything and it seem to all work great. Some of the plywood top splintered so i sanded it down and added some wood putty. I'll just wait for it to dry and sand everything down smooth.
