Brief Description:  Vertical Stabilizer Skeleton

My method of assembly is. I look at the chapter for which I am about to assemble i.e. Vertical Stab. Then I collect all of the part #'s that I will need in that chapter of assy. Read over the chapter and assemble your parts in sequence. This method works for me, it is important to find what works for you.

Picture 1 - All of the part #’s are gathered and clecoed.

Picture 2 - M-CSK “Machine Counter Sink” the holes in the rear spar doublers, initially each time you CSK a new hole you should test the CSK size on a test piece of material.

Picture 3 - Time to find the skin, and double check your skeleton is assembled properly, this is the last time you will “hopefully” ever see the skeleton.
