Meanwhile back at the rudder (1) I had a full day to work on the project today, so I took the rudder apart and performed the deburring operations on all holes that I had previously transfer drilled to include the closeout rib. (2) I prepped the rudder skins so that I could prime the inside surfces, and went about priming all unprimed parts for the rudder.
