Brief Description: Completing trim tab trailing edge bend and drillin
In these pictures, the trim tab trailing edge bend has been completed and the tab is clamped to the elevator with special effort to make sure the inboard and outboard ends of the tab are 'true' to the elevator. At this point, the inboard end of the trim tab has pilot holes drilled through its inboard and outboard ends. These will then be enlarged to 1/8 to accomodate the 'pop' type flush rivets, but not before the holes have been dimpled...
