Created HS cradles usin 3/4" plywood and 2X4s. Used an inspar rib and nose rib to create a template and cut out the wood. Screwed the plywood to 2X4s for stability. Also deburred and trimmed the front of each nose rib. Bent two of the nose ribs 9 degrees and created a pass through hole in them. Two others were mis-measured, resulting in a "lightening hole".
