Clecoed the stiffeners and shear clips to the rudder spar. Drilled all of the holes common to the spar, clips and stiffeners. Attached and drilled the R607PP and R608PP reinforcement plates to the spar. Added the counterbalance rib and top rib to the spar assembly.
