I restarted the fiber glassing of the canopy. You recall, my expert neighbor Roger, suggested I needed to sand the canopy down a little which would make a better bond and reduce the size of the lip between fiberglass and the canopy.
You can see below I have sanded into the canopy about 1/16 maybe more.
I applied Marine Systems resin and glass matrix. He also said the random matrix glass will look a lot better than the sheet glass, due to how it reflects sun light.
The first layer now is about 1 inch wide strips. I still have some glass and 4 clips holding this together. This is just a redo to the top couple layers.
