Brief Description: Trimmed Aft window to match canopy
Another thing I had left to do, while I wait for the side skins is trim the forward edge of the window to match the aft edge of the canopy.
So I installed both and studied the line. They interface right in between the roll bar.
I marked the cut line with tape on the window and trimmed off about 1/8th inch.
I didn't get any photos of cutting, but by now you know what that is like. Very dusty job.
I sanded and smoothed the edges. I spent some extra time smoothing the edges with this edge tool from Avery's. It works great for making the edges smooth. You can also scrape out nics.
