Plans say to drill first then cut forward line that will interface against the canopy. Seems like I should push the canopy and window together and then drill. But some logs say the canopy moves a bit upon drill, so better to drill first then re-adjust cut line.
Canopy is in place ready to drill. Overlap for eventual forward cut is about 1/2 inch. Not sure I like this, but I'll do it. I'll just have to becareful and do a good job on the final cut.
I also notice the overlap on the aft curved line is over an inch and so this whole line will get cut again. Yuk. It is a messy long cut.
