Here the frame (forward frame) is done. I still have a 1/16 gap above the spacer and I'll see what Van's says about that. UPDATE, Van's says 1/16 gap is no issue and is about as good as I should expect.
I put the skin on and the fit improved. The skin shapes the frame a bit so you really need to rivet this frame forward splice plate with the unit in place on the fuselage with the skin.
This is the last of the fun. Now I have to deal with the canopy. Summer is coming and I should have warm temperatures which will help keep the canopy happy.
