I'll come back to those canopy arcs later.
Next you pre-drill the splice plate. Problem here is that the tooling hole on the arcs will hit one of the holes on the splice plate if you drill them per drawing. So I marked the location of the tooling hole and raised the rivet hole up to avoid it.
Splice plate is drilled and only one side of arc is drilled. The other will be drilled later.
