I received the Andair Fuel Pump today. I was part of the Vans Group buy. So refering back to 11/30/09 where I was working on the forward covers, they have been on hold waiting for the pump. I'll finish installing this pump, the covers around it and the rest of the fuel line.
Then I'll get back to empennage.
The kit is complete with fuel pump, filter, mounting bracket, hardware, control unit and drawings you down load and print out from their website.
I already had the angle bars made for underneath this pump. So first I drilled the four mounting holes that will hold the mounting plate to the pump and to the airplane floor.
This pump is for the IO-360 fuel injected engine I hope to get someday. We got a discount of about $80 bucks due to the group buy. And with this filter I won't use a gascolator.
