Brief Description: Use Proseal on some gaps

Before getting back to tubing I decided to use some Proseal to secure the edge of the aluminum around the hole I cut for the flap push rod. While I was at it I put some Proseal around the step gap. And I noiced some light coming thru around the conical bend so I put Proseal on those gaps also. It just seems right to seal up some of these gaps.
