Brief Description:  Tubing: Fuel Line 1

I'll have to order another 6 feet of fuel line. My first approach was to work it from outside in and that failed in a blaze. So I went on line and found a pretty good description of doing this fuel line from the inside out. It worked for me. Here is what worked.

1) Put on the fuel valve and remove the little screwed on brackets
2) Get a length of 3/8 tubing, probably about 3 feet
3) Bend one end to the shape you think you'll need under the valve and put on the coupler
4) Start routing it by pushing it thru the grommet in the first bracket, then slide on the bracket you removed and just let it loose and bang around for awhile
5) Straighten and push the tube through the grommets and into the landing gear weldmount
6) Go thru one of the weldmount holes.
7) At this point slide your tube bending tube thing from the outside onto the fuel line
8) Keep pushing the tube bending as you go. The tube bending thing actually guides the end out thru the side of body
9) Keep pushing until you get the end up to the valve
10) You can make adjustments at both ends to finish off the fit.

Don't forget to put rubber grommets on before flaring the outboard end
