Last step is to trim the outside dimensions to what you want. So I measured 1/4 inch from the hole centers and made a mark. Then I trimmed these covers to the mark using tin snips and the sanding belt. Now the rings match the drawing, except mine are 5 1/4 inches wide rather than 5 1/16. Height is the same as drawing.
