Brief Description: Forward Covers 12 Stick Boot Rings

Then I used the nibler to cut out the center material. I used sanding drums on the drill press to bring the hole dimensions flush with the floor's hole. This took awhile. Final step was to use the scotch bright wheel to smooth all the edges. This process made my stick boot rings a perfect fit over the floor hole.
