After drilling and clecoeing the top I was able to pull the rest of the fairing around and fasten the end with the two holes that have matching holes already drilled. I enlarged one to #19 for a large cleco. And the other I drilled to 1/8 so a cleco could go into the existing platenut on the tank.
I drilled the bottom holes to 3/32.
With all holes initially drilled and clecoed I enlarged all the holes to 1/8.
