The counter sinks for the #10 screws didn't seem quite low enough so I cleaned those out a bit and put the screws in. The five AN3 bolts went in and are ready to torque.

Recall I had drilled all these holes before the bottom skin was put on. Fitting these weld mounts earlier made for a very much easier job now.

As I examined the fit I did find this one shop head on a rivet that appears to be causing an interference. In photo below it is the rivet coming in from the side, not the bottom. The bottom ones were suppose to be double flush. But everything is fitting and this is the aft end of the weldmount flange that I bent out slightly so that the flange a the bolt is up against the skin and longeron. So I decided this shop head/rivet is a non-issue.
