Brief Description: Flap Mechanism 9 Match drilling the doubler

Next the double plate for the actuator bolt gets match drilled to the brace. And the bolt hole gets enlarged to 1/4. I used the 1/4 drill. I should have used the step drill because the step drill does a smoother job. The drill chattered in the hole.
