I made this rotisserie about 10 times with various adjustment. I think I finally have it the way it works best. One thing is I lowered the turn axis closer to the floor because the bottom of the fuselage is much heavier than the top and when I had the turn axis about centered the fuselage wanted to turn up right on its own, too much.
With the turn axis below the firewall cut out, there is not a lot of forces trying to right the fuselage when I turn it. So turning it is easy, and safer, by myself.
I found turning it at the aft end works best and ensures the tail doesn't fall off the saw horse.
