The plans say the holes in the angle have to match with the floor "so measure carefully." Well bag that you can't measure that carefully so I removed the floors (after putting it all in) and used the holes to match drill the holes in the angle to ensure they fit together.
Then I used my cheap Harbor Freight Sheet bender and bent the cover up 1/4 inch per drawing.
I clecoed it all together and installed it on the floors, after putting the floors back in, and match drilled all the holes.
