I made the little plastic protective parts and 1/2 inch washers.
I used my platenut jig to drill all the platenut holes. Deburred them and I dimpled the rivet holes here and I dimpled the platenut wings. I like the way dimpled platenuts fit better than using NAS rivets.
I used squeezer to set the rivets for the platenuts.
I just reached into the fuselage from the side to do all this work. I did not get inside.
