I ordered the #6 and #8 dimple dies with holes in them from Avery's Tools. These can be squeezed with a screw/bolt. The #6 is small enough to pull with the pop rivet gun similar to the #10 die.
I dimpled all the #6 screw holes. Then I countersunk slightly the rivet holes for the NAS (opps) rivets and riveted on the platenuts. I had to buck these little rivets. It didn't take very much pressure, like 30 psi and just a second of hammering. It was kind of fragile but I was able to get all the rivets set with various bucking bars.
I'm glad to be doing this before the turtle deck is installed.
