Before I left on business travel I had decided to screw on the rudder cable fairings. I'm using the fairings from Avery's Tools. I tried making about 3 of them, but didn't like the sharp bend. These cost only $12 bucks.
I decided platenuts and screws rather than rivets. And I decided #6 flush screws.
So I drilled the screw holes and then played around with platenuts to get them positioned without interference with each other. Then I drilled all the holes.
