I drilled the aft top skin first. I had to fiddle with the top left & right stiffeners a bit to make sure they were the proper length and positioned correctly. I drilled the end of the stiffeners first to hold them in the right spot.
Then I put on the front aft skin and drilled it, also starting with the two stiffeners.
