Brief Description:  More plate nuts and seat shoulder harnes brackets

I noticed I hadn't installed platenuts on the outboard seat ribs yet. I intentionally left the platenuts off until after riveting on the side skin so I wouldn't have an interference problem with rivets.

So today I riveted on the plate nuts. Only thing difficult about doing this now, was bending over into the fuselage with the squeezer.

Next per plan are the shoulder harness brackets. I measured clamped and drilled per plan. Then I primed and painted. I decided to give these a show of the light grey paint that I intend to use above the arm rest. The hammered look works for me.

These get set aside for now and bolted on later. I'm also going to research a bit about using this cable and bracket for the shoulder harness. I don't really like it. Maybe there is a better solution that attaches closer to the seat.
