The angles that the drawings tell you to use have a problem in that wires and tubes can't run underneath them.
I'm making this log entry 9 months later. I've cut off the lower flange of the angle to make space for tubes and and wiring to run underneath. Some guys delete these angles and use 0.032 thick plate instead.
The cross beam angle is still totally stiff enough to hold the fuel pump. This solution will work fine.
