I assembled the block and lever to the bracket. The long bolt is sensitive to the free movement of the lever. As this bolt tightens so does the friction on the lever. So I made this bolt snug, but not tight.
Then using the pins and links the servo gets attached to the lever.
You have to set the servo to 50% so I ran it in and made a mark; ran it out and made a mark; and then marked the 50% travel position.
When you mount the servo you have to position it so the lever is in it's zero position which is centered on it's axis. The axis is the #8 screw. So the ruler in photo below is showing the lever is centered around it. And then the servo gets clamped to the for floor rib for drilling.
