Brief Description: Front Deck (Tip Up) 10: Center Sub Channel
The channel is located on the drawings with one hole.
Thecenter sub channel also gets located and drilled at this point. So I clamped it in place and drilled it. Drawing shows that the flange on top needs to be in the same plate as the flange on the subpanel. So I clamped my ruler on the subpanel and positined the channel up against it.
