Brief Description: Cabin Frame Roll Bar 23: Position the angle
The next step is touchy. You have to position these angles on the fuselage and drill the attach holes. There is one dimension on the drawings, but it is difficult and iffy to measure. After thinking about this for a couple days I realized the important three points are:
1) The frame should be flush with the front of the skin wings 2) The two forward skin holes need to go into the angle and frame at the right spot 3) The outside forward edge of the angle should be flush with outside of fuselage skin
So I put the frame on and looked at the situation. Question is how will I locate the angles without the frame on for drilling?
