Brief Description: Mount Vertical Stabilizer (Fin) 4
When you center the forward spar on the brace you notice that the brace is off set 1/4 inch to the left. This displaces the rear spar off the back bulkhead slightly so drawing says to insert one washer in here. This off set will turn the plane right. Must be to counter the P factor.
