Here are some photos of the conical bend. If you look close you can see a space were the mid skin drops off the conical bend to the aft skin. And you can see a bump on the bottom skin where the tight bend of the conical doesn't fit smoothly enough under the mid skin.
Also the rivet holding the vertical cargo bulkhead to the bottom skin is clinched. I tried 3 times. And the hole on the other rivet cracked. I'll give it a rest and decide later if I want to enlarge these to 1/8 and use opp rivets.
I did put RTV under the conical bend to keep rain out.
