Next I decided to rivet the 728 vertical rib together. The only reason I could find to wait to do this was to drill and dimple the top holes to the 706 bulkhead. You have to remove the 729 angle to get the dimplier in there.
Si first I rivet the angle onto the 728 rib. Then I riveted the lower part of the 728 onto the 706 bulkead web. I checked to make sure this won't interfer riveting the cargo rib flanges to the 706 and it doesn't appear to be a problem.
I decided not to rivet the top of the 728 to the 706 although I think I could do that now just fine. But I'll also be able to do it easily later, so might as well wait.
I am just about ready to rivet this 706 bulkhead to the aft fuselage and then re-assembly the entire lower fuselage.
