I fully deburred the edges and all the holes. But before I dimple I roll the edges. I rolled the aft edge to lay down on the aft fuselage skin. And I rolled the bottom to lay down on the bottom skin.
Then I dimple. I dimpled the #30 holes and the #40 holes. Plus I dimple one #30 hole above the aft wing attach point because other construction logs advise doing this. They say a Universal head will interfer with the wing so make it flush.
