I took apart the cargo ribs and plates. They need deburring, cleaning and some platenuts.
First, I noticed the one hole at the end of the F-722 rib does not have enough edge distance. But this is the way it goes together as cut from Van's. So I am inclined to live with it. I suppose if I had seen this coming I could have bent these tabs out a little bit to get better edge margin.
These two ribs also get platenuts at this time. The other F-724 rib does not get its platenuts until assembly.
The aft cargo plate is going to need plate nuts on the bottom flange so that my cargo floors are remove-able. This is a modification due to making these floors removable.
