Then this one hole at the bottom (top in this photo) gets countersunk. You need to have all the parts assembled including skins, bulkheads, etc.
Then I also decided I should have drilled the tank attach bracket so I did. I used a long #12 bit to reach the hole. I did clamp it and bolt it, but I didn't get a photo of the clamp. Make sure you bolt tight the bottom (top) hole to help hold this in position for drilling.
