I used the pink template to cut a couple forward straps and they fit fine.
Then I didn't get it on the aft end either. Again thanks to Ed, he quickly revealed to me how the aft fuselage slides under the aft end of the cargo ribs and that this outboard rib needs to be shortened so aft-fuselage can slide up to it. And then it needs a strap on top to fasten rib down.
Secondly he noticed that the angle of the outboard cargo rib does not match the angle of the skin and that the aft end of outboard cargo rib slides inboard when you line up the forward part of the outboard rib. The forward part needs to align with bottom skin.
So the aft strap needs to bulge out towards the out edge in order to pick up the last hole with out edge margin issues. So again I used the pink paper, created the shape of the strap and then cut a couple from .032 aluminum.
