I closely inspected my shop heads and I do see a bit of variation. They are fine, but some are perfect, some are slightly off center like a shank, some are titled. Most all of them are slightly over driven which I like. The flush heads are flush and smooth. I do feel some wavyness when I run my finger down the rivet line. And a few are slightly proud, but nothing a scotch bright scuff won't fix.
