The tail cone is too open to cleco to the bulkheads. So I clamped it down with a pipe and bent it closer to shape. The pipe helps make a smooth bend and reduces risk of a sharp crease.
I got it to fit a bit better.
I found the bottom skin and clecoed on two bulkheads per plan.
