Photo one shows the aft end of the stiffener and the angle doesn line up. It lines up with the forward bulkhead, but the aft angle should be acute. Also I gave up on drilling a hole and just snip out the material and create a radius with the 1/2 sanding drum. It works great to.
I've finished cutting the stiffeners to length but I made them half (1/2) inch longer. I also trimmed the cut outs on each end of all 6 stiffeners, but I left them a bit long and will probably have to trim them later.
