Brief Description: Longerons - Trim Horizontal Face 2
I trimmed the horizontal face today. First I located where I wanted to drill the hole for the 1/8 radiuss (1/4 diameter) hole. I drilled it with the centering bit which opened the hole to and 1/8. Then I used a step drill to get it up to 1/4 diameter. Then I cut out the notch with a hand hack saw. I used files dremel sanding drum, sandpaper, and scotchbrite pad to finish it off smooth. Not as semetrical and nice as my brothers but within tolerance.
