The 711 bulkhead has a couple of plates, two bars, and a piece of angle. I cut out the section per drawing on the bandsaw. I tried using my clippers but it was kind of thick for that. I drew lines right down the center of each bar. I drilled one hole at the end per dimensions on the drawing which is 5/8 from the end and right in the center. I used used the centering bit for accuracy.
