Brief Description: F-705 Bulkhead - Final Rivetting Done
I finished the 705 bulkhead. I put bolts in the seatbelt brackets but did NOT torque them because they have to come out later. I put the bolt in for the spacer, but have NOT torqued it yet either. I might though. I don't think it comes out anymore. I'll torque it when I build the canoe. The top bar and the angles don't get rivetted now. They just cleco on.
On thing I noticed is that the top of the bulkhead is wider than the bottom and the side rails are not orthogonal to the top and bottom pieces. Notice the square shows this bulkhead is NOT square. I hope this is correct. I can't see anyway to make it square, so I'm done with the 705 bulkhead.
